For over a decade, the Disney/MGM Studios has been host to one of largest fan based events of all time, Star Wars Weekends.  Every year, fans flock to the studios for a close up glimpse of the people who helped create the remarkable saga.  And every year, Disney has turned to editor Christopher Weed to edit videos and Behind the Scenes features that support the event.  And for the last four years, Christopher has been editing for Star Wars Weekends under the Pier Production banner.  Well, this year is no exception, for Disney has recently contracted Pier Productions, Inc. to once again assist in transforming the newly named Disney’s Hollywood Studios from its every day role as a movie themed park, to home for only the most avid Star Wars fan.

This year, Star Wars Weekends runs every weekend in June and will feature Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett), Daniel Logan (Young Boba Fett), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), David Prowse (Darth Vader), Amy Allen (Aayla Secura), Matthew Wood (General Grievous), Dave Filoni (Director of “The Clone Wars”) and Jake Lloyd (Young Anakin Skywalker), as well as host Warwick Davis (Willow, and Wicket).

I’ve updated the Portfolio section of the site to include a piece we did for the director of the Clone Wars TV show.  The video is played in front of an excited crowd to introduce the director, before he comes out to speak in a Q & A session.
